Each morning began with an exquisite breakfast buffet filled with local delicacies. The staff's attentiveness was a highlight, ensuring we felt pampered during our stay.

However, the crowded elevators during peak hours became a frustrating issue, occasionally making us late for our plans. It felt chaotic at times, hindering the overall experience.

The room was spacious with a private bathroom, flat-screen TV, minibar, and a nice seating area. The spa facilities were top-notch with an indoor pool, outdoor pool, sauna, and various massage options. Breakfast had a fantastic spread including fresh pastries and many hot dishes. Shuttle service to the slopes was super convenient, taking less than 10 minutes.

Oh, the breakfast buffets here are downright sensational! Those buttermilk biscuits and local dishes? A true feast! Plus, the spa vibes were top-notch, despite a couple hammams being out. The lush park outside just adds to the overall charm!

Now, on the flip side, some spa staff seemed a bit snobbish, and getting to our room was a bit of a trek with those lift rides. The room was cozy, but could’ve used a touch more light.

Our family of four had such a wonderful time here! The indoor pool and spa treatments were incredible ways to unwind after a long day of skiing. The only hiccup was that it took a little while to get our room sorted upon arrival, but it was worth it for the cozy stay. 😊
